Call on Professional Grant Experts To Write Your Grants

It goes without saying that if you want to affect positive chage, you must be the change you hope to see. I totally agree when it comes to grants, its important to reflect the passion required to make a difference in your community.

The greatest challenge people face today when it comes to starting a nonprofit organization is they give up too soon. In other words, they attempt the process one time, then they stop. The journey one takes to establish and lead a nonprofit is a process of perseverance, in other words when the going seems a bit tough, crank it up another notch.

When it comes to the grant process, paperwork is a major issue for some, not for me because I approach it as an opportunity to learn something I didn't know before. Whether its filling out the initial paperwork to establish your corporation, employer identification number or the Form 1023 to apply for tax exempt status, its all part of the process and in life its all process.

If you feel overwhelmed by burdensome grant paperwork, call on a professional to assist you in realizing your dreams of being the change your community wishes to see. Contact me at (240) 416-5077 or paul@vannfoundation.org we're ready, willing and able to help you establisn your nonprofit, conduct grant research, write grants and review grants on short notice or as part of your strategic plan.

Getting Grant Money To Realize your Dreams Tele-Seminar

Make no mistake about it, the economy is tough right now. While watching The Oprah Winfrey Show, Oprah and Suze Orman were talking and Oprah stated, "Today's economy is a wakeup call for America and the rest of the world."

I couldn't agree with Oprah more, in fact now is the perfect time to identify obvious problems in communities and find solutions for them. Starting a nonprofit organization is the way to go because every community in America is experiencing uncommon times.

The government can't solve all the problems, thats where you come in with your 501(c)(3)nonprofit to find solutions to problems such as hunger, homelessness, affordable health care and housing.

On June 15, 7:00-8:30pm, ET, The Wealth Building Academy under the leadership of Paul Lawrence Vann is hosting ,"Getting Grant Money to Realize Your Dreams" teleseminar.

Now Is A Great Time To Start A Nonprofit

It was not that long ago when I decided to be of greater service to my community. After completing a 12-city speaking tour, I noticed the dedication of a nonprofit organization in my community and knew I wanted to make a difference in the lives of others, thus evoloved The Paul Lawrence Vann Foundation.

Fast forward to 2008 and 2009, the American economy is in the tank. Now more than ever, nonprofits are needed to help in communities throughout the U.S. because the needs are great.

With over 306 million peole living in America, I believe she will make a positive turnaround, however it will come on the backs of the hard working men and women. As a result of job losses, record home mortgage foreclosures, and tight lending market, the U.S. government cannot do it all by themselves.

As you lead your nonprofit organization, keep in mind the challenges are great. For example the following areas need nonprofit assistance:

1. The need for food is great because of job losses and no income.

2. Affordable housing whcih is being compounded by record mortgage foreclosures.

3. Medical care cost are skyrocketing and is recorded as one of the primary reasons for mortgage defaults because of excessive medical bills.

4. Senior programs are needed because baby boomers are retiring in record numbers.

5. Women programs required to train more women to become entrepreneurs.

6. Education is one of the top professions because of technology requirements and retraining.

7. Job creation programs will be in more demand because of the need for skilled employees.

If there was ever a time to be of service, the time is now. Remember the government can't do it all by themselves, nonprofits in collaboration with government and private industry will be the difference maker. The question is, are you ready to strengthen your community and realize your dreams?

If you are, I encourage you to contact the Wealth Building Academy to receive one-on-one grant coaching, attend one of our grant training programs and or purchase our home study program.

Leading An Important Cause: Your Nonprofit

Few if any causes is greater than feeding the hungry. Now more than ever, the global economic crisis has caused more and more people to be hungry and starving for food.

Perhaps you will decide to start a food pantry, food for the hungry, meals on wheels or some kind of program to feed the less fortunate. In America people are losing their jobs which mean they will have to decide to drive to the unemployment line or purchase a gallon of milk for their children.

I encourage you to establish a nonprofit organization and make a difference in the lives of the people in your community. If a person doesn't have anything to eat, their lack of nutrition will cause health problems in the future.

This is what you should do to start your nonprofit:

1. Write your mission statement.

2. Write down your objectives and goals for your nonprofit.

3. Hire a professional to lead and help you fill out your business structure.

4. Determine your entity structure for your nonprofit.

5. Secure a EIN number

6. File applicable documentation with the IRS.

7. Apply for free government grant money.

To jumpstart your nonprofit organization, contact us to lead you through this process. The Wealth Building Academy provides grant expertise to include a consultation to help you establish your nonprofit, grant research services, grant writing services, and fiscal sponsorship assistance.
